Overview


We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing agencies and extensive experience managing B2B clients. This role is responsible for building long-term client relationships, developing strategic digital marketing plans, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing services.


The Digital Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing solutions that achieve business objectives and maximize client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.


  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and target audiences to develop tailored digital marketing strategies.


  • Manage client accounts from onboarding through project delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.


  • Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Creative, Development, and Performance Marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution.


  • Lead regular client meetings to discuss project progress, campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and upcoming initiatives.


  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and maximize ROI.


  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting key achievements, opportunities, and next steps.


  • Manage project timelines, priorities, budgets, and client expectations while ensuring high-quality service delivery.


  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new digital marketing solutions.


  • Resolve client concerns proactively and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.


  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations.


  • Support business development activities by participating in client pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations when required.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Account Management, Client Services, or Digital Marketing within a digital marketing agency.


  • Proven experience managing B2B client accounts and delivering successful digital marketing projects.


  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.


  • Excellent client relationship management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.


  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and providing strategic recommendations.


  • Experience using project management tools, CRMs, and digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.


  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience as a Digital Account Manager or Senior Account Executive within a digital marketing agency.


  • Experience managing enterprise or multinational B2B clients.


  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.


  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and client success best practices.
