Responsibilities :- Set up and configure e-commerce stores on platforms such as Zid, Salla, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
Create, organize, and manage products, categories, collections, and essential store pages.
Configure and connect domains, professional email accounts, payment gateways, and shipping providers.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure stores are fully functional and ready before launch.
Update and manage store content on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution.
Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project tasks and ensure timely delivery according to agreed timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and operational store issues.
Implement post-launch updates, improvements, and requested modifications.
Document store configurations, project settings, and implementation details for future reference.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Follow company processes and best practices to deliver a professional customer experience.
Working Days: 5 days per week Days Off: 2 days per week Work Model: Hybrid Office Attendance: 2 days per week Working Hours: 9 hours per day Location : Elsheikh Zayed Social & Medical Insurance Learning & Development Career path Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, store setup, or e-commerce management .
Hands-on experience with one or more e-commerce platforms such as Zid, Salla, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
Experience managing products, collections, categories, and store content.
Good understanding of domains, DNS records, and professional email setup.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with payment gateways and shipping integrations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic experience using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Good command of English is preferred.
