This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated Electrical Engineer who is passionate about site supervision and ensuring the successful execution of electrical systems in construction projects.

About the Role As an Electrical Site Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for supervising the installation and execution of electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
You will play a key role in coordinating site activities and supporting project delivery from construction through handover.
Key Responsibilities Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including power, lighting, low-current, grounding, and lightning protection systems, in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation before implementation.
Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project requirements, engineering standards, and applicable electrical codes.
Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction and provide practical engineering solutions.
Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare site reports, inspection reports, snag lists, and progress updates.
Verify completed works prior to testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Maintain accurate site documentation and support timely project delivery.

3–5 years of experience in electrical site supervision within an engineering consultancy environment.
Experience supervising electrical building systems, including power, lighting, low-current, grounding, and lightning protection.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and electrical schematics.
Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Good knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
Ability to manage site activities effectively and meet project deadlines.
