Plan and deliver events end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Lead event operations (pre, during, post-event), ensuring smooth execution and low operational issues.
Manage venues, vendors, and logistics, including vendor selection, contract management, and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with internal teams to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage client relationships and communication throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and alignment on expectations and alignment on expectations.
Prepare and present event proposals, including budgeting, scope, and execution plans.
Supervise event coordinators and on-ground teams, ensuring clear task ownership, accountability, and execution efficiency.
Support event-related sales and client coordination when required.
Track and control event budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to plans.
Oversee financial management of events, including cost tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Prepare post-event reports with insights, KPIS and improvement recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in event management or operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage events under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of event sales and client coordination is a plus.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
