Overview . Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of facilities and workplace services across plants, distribution centers, and Agro locations, ensuring operational continuity, service efficiency, and consistent employee experience across all sites. Oversee core facilities services, including office supplies, equipment and inventory, administrative support, mail and distribution, records management, fleet services, housekeeping, gardening, uniforms, leasing and maintenance services, cafeteria and recreation services, reception, and communication systems. Develop, control, and monitor the annual facilities operating plan across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with budget, service standards, compliance requirements, and business priorities. Partner with functional and operational leaders to ensure facilities policies, programs, and initiatives effectively support current and future business needs. Plan, prioritize, and manage maintenance activities, upgrades, and improvement projects for facilities, equipment, and systems to minimize business disruption and optimize resource utilization. Drive consistent housekeeping and workplace service standards across sites, ensuring a safe, professional, and well-maintained work environment. Manage office supplies and workplace service requirements across assigned locations, ensuring availability, cost effectiveness, and service reliability. Implement and sustain effective asset management controls, including asset tracking, transfers, utilization, and governance processes. Manage transportation services across sites, including shuttle buses, emergency cars, carpooling, service cars, and car rental logistics, while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. Oversee telecommunications requirements, including mobile lines and modems, in line with applicable benefits policies, business needs, and internal controls. Identify, design, and execute CAPEX and facilities enhancement projects that improve the physical work environment, strengthen operational efficiency, and enhance the employee experience. Ensure archiving services and records management processes are properly implemented and maintained in line with internal requirements. Lead, coach, and develop the facilities team and support staff, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with established standards. Partner with vendor management, procurement, and relevant stakeholders to improve service delivery, optimize vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional facilities projects through clear communication, stakeholder alignment, disciplined follow-up, and timely execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; Engineering or a related technical/business discipline is preferred. 7–9 years of relevant experience, preferably within FMCG, facilities management, workplace services, or property/portfolio management. Strong knowledge of premises management, facilities operations, maintenance activities, service delivery, and workplace standards. Solid financial and budget management capability, with experience managing operating plans, cost controls Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, and execution skills. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good awareness of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and environmental protection requirements. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively within a dynamic and pressurized environment. Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and interact effectively with employees at all levels. Very good command of Arabic and English.
