Reports To: Operations Director / General Manager



Job Summary

The Plastic Factory Manager plans, coordinates, and supervises all manufacturing activities within the factory. This role ensures efficient production processes, optimal use of resources, compliance with quality and safety standards, and continuous improvement of plant performance.



Key Responsibilities

Production Management



  • Plan and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
  • Coordinate injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or other plastic manufacturing processes.

Quality Control



  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems.

Team Leadership

Required Qualifications
