Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Experience: 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, or junior System Administration (relevant internships will be considered).
Core Systems: Foundational knowledge and basic hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure management, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic virtualization concepts (e.g., VMware vSphere or Hyper-V).
Networking & Cloud: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing/Switching) with exposure to Cisco equipment, IP Telephony, or cloud environments like Microsoft Azure.
Troubleshooting & Support: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems and ITIL best practices.
