What you´ll do - Build agentic LLM applications (tool-calling, routing, multi-step orchestration) and RAG pipelines over enterprise documents and data.
- Define evaluation criteria (accuracy, groundedness, cost, latency) before building AI features and iterate against them.
- Integrate AI into business interfaces (Teams/chat/voice) and enterprise data platforms (SQL warehouse, NL-to-SQL, BI).
- Develop scalable AI pipelines and integrate models into enterprise systems.
- Evaluate AI use cases, model performance, accuracy, and business impact.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Implement responsible AI, governance, security, and monitoring practices.
- Optimize AI solutions for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
- Works closely with: • Business stakeholders • Data & analytics teams • Enterprise architecture • Digital transformation teams • IT & security
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and teamwork abilities.
- Agent frameworks (LangGraph / LangChain) and tool/function-calling.
- Async API development (FastAPI), Pydantic-style validation, modern Python tooling (uv).
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD-based deployment.
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning • Python, SQL, APIs.
- LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architecture.
- Cloud platforms (Azure)
- Problem-solving & stakeholder communication.
- Microsoft Teams bot / conversational-AI development (Bot Framework / Teams AI SDK (nice to have)
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-server architectures for multi-agent systems (nice to have).
- SAP BTP (developer) is a plus
