They leverage digital marketing, content coordination, vendor partnerships, and streamlined marketing operations to ensure every property is presented professionally and consistently. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing operations, content coordination, website updates, and campaign execution.


Role Overview

The Marketing Associate will provide operational support across multiple marketing initiatives, including content coordination, social media, website management, email marketing, vendor communication, and administrative marketing tasks. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and external partners to ensure campaigns, property listings, digital assets, and marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced marketing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate with YouTube vendors by providing property information, completing templates, and reviewing content before publication.


  • Complete Compass Luxury Google Forms for high-value property listings.


  • Coordinate with the Concierge team to gather listing photos, website URLs, and marketing assets.


  • Review and approve marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content before distribution.


Social Media & Content Support
  • Draft social media posts for property listings and recent sales.


  • Curate images, captions, and music for social media content.


  • Prepare weekly blog content for scheduling and publication.


  • Coordinate content execution with internal stakeholders.


Website Management
  • Update property pages with high-resolution images and listing information.


  • Add property videos and thumbnails to the website.


  • Publish customer testimonials and maintain website content accuracy.


  • Ensure website content aligns with company branding and presentation standards.


Email Marketing Support
  • Prepare requests for property newsletters and email marketing campaigns.


  • Organize campaign assets prior to deployment.


  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are accurate and approved.


  • Support recurring newsletter initiatives.


Closing & Administrative Support
  • Request and organize closing photos from outside agents.


  • Upload and organize marketing assets within Dropbox.


  • Add completed listings to the company website.


  • Coordinate listing appointment books, printing requests, and marketing timelines.


  • Support marketing operations with administrative tasks as assigned.


QualificationsExperience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing support, marketing operations, or a related role.


  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns.


  • Experience coordinating with vendors or external partners.


  • Experience supporting social media initiatives.


  • Experience updating websites or working within CMS platforms is preferred.


  • Experience supporting email marketing campaigns.


  • Experience working in fast-paced marketing environments.
