Job description

  • Own the technical pre-sales cycle for cybersecurity solutions across network security, endpoint protection, identity, and SOC/SIEM — supporting the KSA-based sales team with security architectures that match customer requirements and compliance needs.
  • Assess customer security posture and design solutions covering firewalls/NGFW, EDR/XDR, email & web security, SIEM/SOC, IAM/PAM, and data protection.
  • Prepare sizing, BOMs, and technical proposals for leading security vendors (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Sophos, Kaspersky, Trend Micro, Microsoft Defender/Sentinel).
  • Respond to RFPs/tenders, prepare compliance sheets, and handle technical clarifications.
  • Deliver presentations, demos, and PoCs to customers (remotely and during on-site visits to KSA).
  • Stay current on threat landscape, vendor roadmaps, and KSA regulatory/compliance requirements (e.g., NCA frameworks).
  • Support the sales team in customer meetings as the security subject-matter expert.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity pre-sales or security engineering experience at a system integrator, IT solutions provider, or security solutions provider.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two major security vendor stacks (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Microsoft Security, or similar).
  • Good understanding of network security architecture, Zero Trust, SOC operations, and SIEM.
  • Vendor certifications preferred (e.g., Fortinet NSE 4+, PCNSE, CCNP Security, SC-200/SC-300); CISSP/CISM a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia.
