Responsibilities:
Technical leadership, project direction and project management, ensuring high levels of technical quality and operational performance.
Demonstrate exceptional Safety Leadership on projects and within the team.
Leadership and line management of high performing teams, including responsibility for mentoring and training of staff.
Work with Worley Consulting business development teams and Client Relationship Managers to identify client needs and opportunities both as stand-alone work packages and as a component of larger Worley Consulting pursuits.
Collaborate with Global Worley Consulting technical networks and interface with other regional offices and teams in North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
Experience & Qualifications:
•Experienced in practicing geotechnical engineering, ranging from pre-feasibility studies through to detailed design and construction.
•Ability to work in multi-disciplined teams in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience with Plaxis and Geostudio software.
•Experience with Leapfrog and Openground software suites.
•Self-starter, willing and able to work on a wide variety of tasks.
•Be able to write clear, logical and concise technical reports in English.
•Geotechnical design in accordance with Eurocodes, ARAMCO SAES and ADNOC AGPS standards.
•Strong ability to present, analyse and interpret data to a very high standard.
•Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Leading a team and mentoring of staff.
•Working across multi-disciplinary projects.
•Willingness to travel for site visits and short-term site supervision across the Middle East.
•Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited institution, including a strong commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).Candidates with Geotechnical Engineering background are essential.
