What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly experienced programme delivery professional to lead complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives within Business Excellence at VOIS. This role focuses on driving strategic alignment, ensuring integrated delivery, and achieving measurable business value across large-scale programmes. The individual will play a key role in enabling governance discipline, financial oversight, and executive-level decision-making while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Define programme outcomes, scope, roadmap, and success measures aligned with strategic priorities and business value
Establish and manage structured programme governance, decision forums, reporting standards, and risk frameworks
Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment of dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
Manage programme financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlDrive benefits realisation through structured tracking, reporting, and accountability mechanisms
Engage with senior stakeholders to align priorities, enable decisions, and resolve challengesIdentify and mitigate risks proactively while maintaining delivery assurance
Support and develop delivery teams by encouraging best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement




Who you are
An experienced programme leader with a strong track record in managing large-scale, multi-stream initiativesSkilled in governance, risk management, and structured delivery approachesExperienced in financial stewardship, budgeting, and value trackingComfortable working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholdersStrong communicator with the ability to influence and build alignment at senior levelsConfident in navigating ambiguity and driving decisions in fast-paced environmentsExperienced in transformation initiatives, operational improvement, or technology-enabled changeFamiliar with delivery frameworks such as Agile, hybrid models, or scaled methodologies
