Roles and Responsibilities
Take site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs.
Prepare bills of quantities for assigned work packages.
Assist in preparing variation claims and payment applications.
Verify subcontractor invoices and quantities.
Maintain updated records of executed works and variations.
Report to Team Leader on progress and issues.
Professional Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2+ years of QS experience.
Knowledge of variation and payment processes.
Technical Skills Required
Solid understanding of QS principles.
Accuracy in measurement and documentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in QS tools and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
