Egypt Education Platform is seeking an experienced and proactive School HR Manager to join our dynamic team at one of our schools in New Cairo.
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources within the school, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop exceptional staff members who are committed to our educational mission and values.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the school.
Support current and future school staff needs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment for all staff members, addressing any conflicts or issues that arise.
Manage and maintain an effective staff performance appraisal system to encourage professional growth and development.
Provide guidance to management on HR policies, performance improvements, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
