Our client is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce company focused on scaling high-performing paid social campaigns across multiple product lines. Their creative team operates at a fast pace, producing conversion-focused advertising assets that drive measurable business growth. They are seeking a Senior Performance Designer to create high-quality static ad creatives that consistently perform across Meta advertising campaigns.


Role Overview

The Senior Performance Designer will be responsible for designing high-converting static advertising creatives for Meta platforms, producing multiple campaign variations each week while maintaining strict brand consistency. The Senior Performance Designer will leverage AI-powered creative tools alongside advanced design software to rapidly transform marketing briefs into polished, performance-focused advertising assets. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the principles behind performance marketing creative.

Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST


Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Creative Production
  • Design static advertising creatives for Meta campaigns.


  • Create assets optimized for square and vertical ad formats.


  • Produce multiple creative concepts and variations each week.


  • Execute marketing concepts from creative briefs and references.


  • Deliver polished advertising assets within aggressive production timelines.


AI-Assisted Creative Development
  • Utilize AI-powered image generation tools to accelerate creative production.


  • Generate scenes using AI platforms and refine assets through professional design software.


  • Apply advanced compositing, lighting, typography, and finishing techniques.


  • Continuously improve creative workflows through AI-assisted production.


Brand Consistency & Creative Execution
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.


  • Ensure consistency in typography, color usage, logo placement, and layouts.


  • Follow established creative specifications with exceptional attention to detail.


  • Produce assets that maintain premium visual quality across formats.


Collaboration & Workflow Management
  • Execute projects from creative briefs with minimal supervision.


  • Deliver organized project files with proper version control.


  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly and accurately.


  • Manage multiple creative deliverables while maintaining quality standards.


Qualifications Experience
  • 4+ years of experience creating performance marketing creatives for DTC brands.


  • Experience designing static advertising creatives for Meta platforms.


  • Experience working within fast-paced creative production environments.


  • Experience producing multiple creative variations for campaign testing.


  • Experience supporting eCommerce, health, wellness, supplement, telemedicine, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.


Qualifications Skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.


  • Advanced proficiency with Figma.


  • Experience with Midjourney.


  • Experience with Higgsfield.


  • Experience with Runway.


  • Experience with ComfyUI.


  • Experience with Nano Banana.


  • Experience with Frame.io.


  • Strong understanding of Meta advertising creative best practices.


  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, lighting, and visual hierarchy.


  • Experience creating AI-assisted design workflows.


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Ability to execute creative briefs with minimal supervision.
