Job description

Objective:
  • Responsible for coordinating and coaching our software development team, acting as a vital link between product owners and team members throughout the development/implementation phase.
Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the scope and timeline of each project, ensuring effective management and timely completion.
  • Serving as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., customers or stakeholders)
  • Coordinating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
  • Supporting the development team in adopting Agile and Scrum practices, identifying and troubleshooting obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
  • Monitoring and providing comprehensive reports on the progress of the team, actively assisting in the identification and resolution of any issues to reach the highest level of Scrum maturity.
  • Coordinating with Product Owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog and new requests.
  • Guaranteeing the adherence of deliverables to established quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any related field. 
  • 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Scrum Master certification is preferred.
  • Understanding of software development processes.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in the use of JIRA and analytics tools.
