Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Senior ServiceNow Developer for one of our partners, a leader in the Consulting & Technology Services !
Objective: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer , you will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop new functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the platform continues to meet organizational needs.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, analytical, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions following development best practices.
Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business and technical requirements.
Design and implement workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automation solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
Create scalable and maintainable solutions that align with platform best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
Solution Delivery Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Support platform upgrades and implement new ServiceNow features.
Quality Assurance Develop and execute unit testing to validate application functionality.
Participate in peer code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality.
Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Ensure applications meet security, performance, and reliability standards.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Follow Agile or Waterfall project methodologies as required.
Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
Contribute ideas for platform optimization and process automation.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
Gain familiarity with CSM, ITSM.
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
