As Site I&C Construction Field Engineer you will be providing input, support, oversight and guidance on the I&C system installations/testing within the construction supervision engineering team.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley I&C Construction Supervision systems and procedures for the project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and procedures. 
  • Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project. 
  • Coordinates effectively with other project personnel especially I&C engineering and participate in project meetings providing updates on I&C construction progress and challenges. 
  • Reports on project technical scope performance against the Construction Time Schedule. 
  • Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements. 
  • Monitors installation and testing of NPP’s I&C systems and associated equipment including sensors, transmitters, control panels and communication networks; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design. 
  • Participates in safety and hazard assessments related to I&C processes and systems.Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to site I&C system installation and testing. 

Experience and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in I&C or Electrical Engineering. 
  • Strong construction oversite skills;
  • 8+ years of construction supervision experience in multi-cultural environment. 
  • Nuclear power plant experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of I&C structures installation/supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.
  • Organized and disciplined, capable of planning, scheduling and controlling tasks and events.
