Objective:


The Talent Acquisition Supervisor oversees the recruitment function, ensuring alignment between hiring needs and business goals. The role leads the recruitment team, sets performance standards, and designs workforce planning and sourcing strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coach the recruitment team.
  • Set KPIs and evaluate performance.
  • Fully responsible for the on-boarding process of new hires.
  • Develop employer branding plan to enhance the Insurance's presence as an employer in the market including on campus activities.
  • Organize programs for university students and new graduates to increase the Insurance employer brand awareness, such as the sales program for graduates or summer internship programs.

  • Build a strong relationship with universities’ career centers, student unions, etc.
  • Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs.
  • Oversee manpower planning and recruitment budgets.
