We're looking for a high-energy Tech Sales Manager who loves opening doors, building genuine relationships, and helping business owners discover how AI can transform the way they grow.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full outbound sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
  • Build relationships with founders, business owners, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand each company's marketing challenges and demonstrate how our AI Marketing Agents can help them generate more revenue, save time, and make smarter marketing decisions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and engage SMBs across industries including e-commerce, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, consumer brands, and other businesses that sell directly to consumers.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to share customer insights and improve our go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company at networking events and within the Miami business community.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in SMB B2B sales.
  • Strong track record in outbound prospecting and closing new businesses.
  • Experience selling to B2C businesses in industries such as e-commerce, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, consumer products, or similar industries that sell directly to consumers.
  • Exceptional people skills - you enjoy meeting new people and naturally build trust.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
  • Passion for AI and excitement about helping businesses adopt cutting-edge technology.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or marketing technology products.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Existing network within the South Florida business community.
