As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be the dedicated point of contact for our valued SME clients, offering a personalized and tailored banking experience. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. You will manage a diverse range of tasks, from ensuring financial targets are met to providing exceptional customer service and prompt query resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure assigned FER and other financial KPIs are achieved, driving revenue growth and meeting client expectations.
  • Execute timely welcome calls and regular service calls to all assigned accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Conduct comprehensive account scoping to activate, nurture, and maximize customer profitability.
  • Generate revenue from a range of financial products, including FX, Trade, Bank Guarantees, Insurance, and Investments.
  • Maintain and optimize the funding rate of the portfolio base, ensuring effective financial management for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing client needs proactively.
  • Collaborate with product advisors for high-potential clients and activate dormant accounts to enhance revenue.
  • Ensure timely updates of KYC, TL, and governance aspects to maintain a high-quality portfolio.
  • Assist compliance, AML, FP&I, and governance units while maintaining client confidentiality and data security.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and raise alerts for any misconduct or breaches, ensuring a compliant environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in banking or a related industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial products and services, particularly those relevant to SMEs, to provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive and customer-centric approach, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and virtual communication tools for efficient client management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data, make informed decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a diverse portfolio, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
