Summary

Workshop Team Leader manages and coordinates workshop activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient vehicle repair and maintenance in line with Al Mansour Automotive standards.



Tasks
Provide advanced product/service information and respond to complex customer questions. Respond to basic issue escalations promptly and provide managerial approvals as required. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes; seek authorization for exceptions. Provide fault isolation and resolution to address issues promptly. Assign short-term work schedules to subordinates to meet expectations within timelines. Carry out relatively simple testing and quality assurance tasks.
Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional management or technical certifications are an advantage.



Experience

5 to 7 years of experience, including team coordination or people management responsibilities.
