Role Objective

To maintain and ensure accuracy and reliability of instrumentation and control systems.


Key Responsibilities A. Instrument Maintenance
  • Calibration of:
    • Pressure transmitters
    • Temperature transmitters
    • Flow transmitters
    • Level instruments
  • Maintenance of:
    • Control valves & actuators
B. Control Systems
  • Assist in maintaining:
    • DCS / PLC systems
  • Perform:
    • Loop checking
    • Signal verification
C. Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose:
    • Signal failures
    • Sensor malfunctions
  • Rectify:
    • Control system issues
D. Shutdown Activities
  • Conduct:
    • Calibration campaigns
  • Provide:
    • Logic checking support
E. Documentation
  • Maintain:
    • Calibration records
  • Update:
    • Instrument history
Qualifications
  • ITI / Diploma (Instrumentation / Electronics)
Experience
  • 8–10 years in C&I maintenance
Key Skills
