Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  

  
  

• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with local regulations
  

  
  

• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance
  

  
  

• Coordinate with regional and global finance teams
  

  
  

• Support business decision-making through financial analysis and insights
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
  

  
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Strong hands-on experience across the end-to-end finance function, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  

  
  

• Extensive financial analysis experience is a must, with the ability to provide strategic insights and support business decision-making.
  

  
  

• Proven experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance.
  

  
  

• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders.
  

  
  

• Experience working in a Chinese multinational company is highly preferred
