Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support the Accounts & Administration team in managing day-to-day office operations, documentation, vendor coordination, and backend administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and comfortable handling administrative as well as basic accounting support tasks.
Location : Indore (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year Experience
Salary Range: 1.8 LPA - 2.4 LPA
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Accounts team in maintaining bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
* Collect, verify, and organize financial and administrative records.
* Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchases, payments, and documentation.
* Maintain office expense records and support reimbursement processes.
* Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management activities.
* Support banking-related work, cheque deposits, and other administrative errands as required.
* Track office inventory, assets, and procurement requirements.
* Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and administrative MIS.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
* Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with company processes.
Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
* Basic understanding of accounting and administrative processes.
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record management.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Prior experience in administration, accounts support, or backend operations will be preferred.
