Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a talented Advanced HR Technology Analyst to help develop global HR information, provide global HR structures governance and develop documentation to ensure effective use of these structures.


Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Technology within People Technology & Operations, the Advanced HR Technology Analyst works closely with customers, HR Technology peers and Information Technology team to understand business needs, define solutions and implement data architecture. This employee will be a subject matter expert on Core HR process, constructs, process and requirements management for integrations and reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides HR Technology and / or Data Governance support across multiple lines of business, regions, and product areas.
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies, HR and business data management requirements and evolving regulatory considerations.
  • Provides expertise in business analysis, problem solving, project management, planning and consulting.
  • Partners with HR client group(s) to define, analyze, and document business processes, systems and data to deliver effective technology and data governance solutions.
  • Collaborates with business users and IT teams to assess needs, identify process improvements, recommend solutions, and support application implementation.
  • Supports the development and implementation of programs that enhance documentation and alignment between HR Technology and the broader HR function.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation between HR Technology and the overall HR function.
  • Collaborates with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to develop data integrity testing, measurement, and issue resolution strategies.
  • Acts as a solution consultant to business leaders, stakeholders, and HR partners to address business needs and data-related challenges.
  • Maintains data standards, policies, and governance frameworks to support ongoing data management.
  • Researches best practices, develops design recommendations, supports proof-of-concept initiatives, and partners with IT application teams to translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Ensures data quality and compliance by supporting audits and leading data remediation efforts as needed.
  • Supports transactional and process integrity and serves as a consultant for complex HR data transactions and processes, such as divestitures and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology or similar).
  • 7+ years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, data management, project management).
  • Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes and/or enablement with technology.
  • Expertise in solution design and analysis is required.
  • Understanding of data governance processes is necessary.
  • Ability to engage productively with a wide range of program stakeholders, including business leads, customers, vendors, technical design/delivery teams and project managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to document, present, and communicate complex information in a simplified manner to all audiences.
  • Possesses a bias for results and excellence, inspiring confidence and demonstrating conceptual and analytical thinking, initiative and flexibility.
  • Ability to leverage business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to determine an appropriate course of action in challenging, ambiguous situations.
  • Project management experience, especially in leading global projects, technology upgrades or implementations.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Fusion suite. (Oracle implementation certifications are valued)
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools, standards and practices.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources module and any two of the following modules is highly recommended (Oracle Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation Management, Benefits Management, Absence management, Learn Management, and HR Helpdesk modules is valued).
  • Experience in customizations using Visual Builder Studio is essential.
  • Experience with AI Agent Studio is recommended.
  • Progressive experience in systems design, implementation, testing,  and support within a large, global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage self and others in activities aimed at streamlining processes, minimizing response time, and increasing resource utilization.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems and technology.
  • Must have led at least 3 full-scale implementations.
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR Technology.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
