Job Description: Admin Analyst (IT & Workplace Operations) – B15 Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Shift: European Shift Role Overview Kraft Heinz India GCC is looking for a dynamic Admin Analyst (B15) who brings a strong blend of administrative operations and IT onboarding expertise to support a modern, digitally enabled workplace. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless workplace operations while driving IT-enabled onboarding, digital workspace adoption, and vendor governance, along with collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across functions. Key Responsibilities 1. IT Onboarding & Digital Workplace Enablement • Manage end-to-end IT onboarding for new hires including system access, hardware readiness, and workspace setup • Drive a digitally enabled workspace, ensuring smooth collaboration across tools and platforms • Support users with basic IT queries and coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution • Maintain digital assets, access records, and onboarding documentation 2. Administrative Operations Oversight • Supervise daily administrative operations across the workplace floor • Conduct regular governance meetings with teams to track operational efficiency and resolve issues • Drive follow-ups, escalation closures, and SLA adherence 3. Cross-functional Coordination & Process Improvement • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline operational processes • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and workplace experience • Contribute to improving operational SOPs and governance frameworks 4. Vendor Management • Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and performance governance • Ensure effective service delivery across housekeeping, transport, cafeteria, and facility vendors • Track vendor SLAs, escalations, and compliance adherence 5. Facility, Transport & Cafeteria Management • Manage transport logistics including shift-wise roster planning • Oversee cafeteria operations, including meal planning and vendor coordination • Ensure high standards of facility management, hygiene, and employee experience 6. Documentation & Digital Organization • Maintain structured digital and physical records for ease of access and compliance • Ensure all operational documents are updated, archived, and easily retrievable 7. Meeting & Communication Management • Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls • Manage meeting rooms, training rooms, and scheduling systems • Avoid conflicts in bookings and ensure smooth operational flow 8. Event & Stakeholder Collaboration • Partner with HR and leadership for corporate events and employee engagement activities • Manage logistics including travel, accommodation, and vendor arrangements 9. Travel & Visitor Management • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, stay, local transport) for employees and stakeholders • Manage visitor experience including entry protocols and office navigation 10.
