In this role, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of our Battery Management Systems for Electric Vehicles applications.
You will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers across various disciplines, contributing to the continuous improvement of Maxwell cutting-edge BMS technology.
Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with customers throughout the integration process, ensuring successful BMS adoption in their EV applications.
● Participate in requirement elicitation and technical discussions to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable design specifications.
● Integrate Maxwell solutions/electronics components into customer systems(vehicle/energy storage systems) through thorough documentation, onboarding and customer visits.
Must-Have Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field, 2025 passout having 8 GPA or above.
● Proficiency in embedded system engineering, digital/analog electronics, and communication protocols (CAN, J1939, SPI).
● Strong programming skills in Embedded C and familiarity with JSON for data exchange, python for data parsing/analysis ● Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
● Preferably familiar with industry standards such as ISO26262, UL standards, and AIS.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
● Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
● Ability to engage in requirement elicitation, technical negotiation, and stakeholder management.
