Job Description:



  • Effectively manage and process complaints and Vigilance reports , which includes performing daily tasks associated with process   including collaborating with internal stakeholders.



  • Collecting necessary complaint.



  • Performing follow up with the customer (written)



  • Determining reportability of complaints



  • Creating associate Regulatory reports (eg; MDRs) per regulations



  • Evaluating complaints for need to investigate and coordinating sample retrieval



  • Responding to customer complaints (written)



  • Timely closure of complaints, as per procedure.



  • Effectively manage workflow, identifying issues



  • Participate in continuous improvement, efforts and projects, as assigned                                            



  • Education:



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required



  • Required skills:



    • Good Communication Skills in English (written and verbal)



    • Capable of working in highly-regulated environment



    • Proficient with basics in MS -OFFICE
