Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage the book and define strategies to deliver Net AUM growthResponsible to lead a team of onroll & off roll team members in sales & collect model.
Drive promotional campaigns and other tactical strategies to grow volumesKeep an eye on regulations & legalities involved & dynamic changes therein, in order to steer business practices accordingly to safeguard BFL interests.
Keep an eye on market competition practices & changing trends to be cautiously opportunistic.
