Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Execution
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
- Drive execution of strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with global business leaders, functional teams, GCC stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and manage communication plans.
- Provide timely updates to leadership on project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Governance & Reporting
- Establish project governance structures, steering committees, and status reporting mechanisms.
- Create and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and executive presentations.
- Monitor project health and recommend mitigating actions when required.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.
- Develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution of critical issues.
- Escalate concerns appropriately while maintaining momentum on project delivery.
Change & Transformation Management
- Support organizational change initiatives through effective planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Ensure sustainable implementation and realization of business benefits.
Process Excellence
- Promote project management best practices across the organization.
- Leverage Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies depending on project requirements.
- Continuously improve delivery frameworks, templates, and governance models.
QualificationsEducational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Finance, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience
- 6–9 years of project/program management experience.
- Experience working in Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, GCC, Consulting, or Transformation environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
