What you’ll do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intercompany Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all intercompany deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and in adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring all intercompany activities are performed according to expectations and SLAs.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of intercompany netting, out-of-balance (OOB) analysis, follow-up procedures, and month-end journal entries.
• Adhere to and ensure smooth month-end closing processes, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Enhance the customer experience by adopting a solution-oriented approach to meeting key SLAs and addressing customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the RTR Center of Excellence (COE) and other Center of Excellence workstreams to drive process improvements and optimize results.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including the automation of various finance processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and robust internal controls throughout all Intercompany processes.
• Assist in annual and interim audits, such as those conducted by EY, ensuring readiness and compliance with audit requirements.
