LOCATION: Koramangala, Bengaluru ABOUT 2070 HEALTH W Health has set up India’s first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces.
Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business.
Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD (now Hooola Health) and Everhope Oncology.
THE ROLE You own end-to-end brand development for a portfolio of early-stage ventures: writing the strategy and shipping the creative.
You define what each company stands for, who it serves, and how it shows up; then build the creative systems that get that story in front of the right audience at the right awareness stage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO BRAND ARCHITECTURE & POSITIONING Develop positioning, messaging, naming, and visual identity for multiple zero-to-one ventures: from core narrative to modular brand systems founders can deploy independently.
Embed brand across every user touchpoint: WhatsApp, app, clinic environment, diagnostic report, video content.
CREATIVE RESEARCH & INTELLIGENCE Map audience awareness levels (Unaware to Problem Aware to Solution Aware to Most Aware) per venture; build a concept bank for each stage.
Educate before you convert.
Run user research (interviews, trigger mapping, personas) to surface creative angles.
Run competitor intelligence via Meta Ad Library to find whitespaces.
CREATIVE PLANNING & PRODUCTION Own the creative calendar: 15–20 new concepts per month, iterating proven winners and taking fresh bets.
Brief at the concept level: hook, persona, setting, pain-point angle first; format second.
Direct UGC creators and lean shoots.
Validate landing page CVR and offer fit before scaling any creative.
Creative is the targeting; a thin concept pool starves the algorithm regardless of budget.
PERFORMANCE & MEASUREMENT Own creative health metrics: Hook Rate, Hold Rate, ROAS.
Run testing campaigns with defined kill and scale criteria; refresh before fatigue.
Track brand health (awareness, consideration, NPS) per venture; use signal to evolve strategy, not confirm it.
PORTFOLIO OPERATIONS Drive touchpoint programs across the patient journey: WhatsApp, paid, clinic collateral, referral.
Mentor a small cross-functional squad (design, content, performance) across multiple parallel ventures.
WHO YOU ARE 5–6 years in brand building and marketing; healthcare, consumer tech, or mission-driven brands preferred.
Track record of zero-to-one brand ownership: strategy AND execution.
You have shipped the work, not just directed it.
Fluent in how Meta works today, Can read Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and ROAS and diagnose whether the problem is in the hook, the hold, the landing page, or the offer.
Experienced briefing UGC creators and running lean shoots; AI-native and no-code fluent: brief-to-creative delivered in days, not weeks.
Exceptional communicator: you bring founders, clinicians, and performance teams into the same creative direction and hold the line on it.
