Lead execution of M&A advisory transactions for our clients, with supervision and guidance from senior members and assistance from junior members of the team, and contribute to idea generation and engage in high quality pitches
• Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts on potential M&A transactions
• Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing
• Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, other advisers and the clients
• Involved in day to day project management and execution support
• Research and analysis of markets and industries
• Research and financial analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources
• Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance

• Efficiently manage several projects at once and help ensure that the quality of services meet the highest industry standards

• Education: Degree or post graduate qualified from a top-tier school
• Professional Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience in the banking industry

• Prior experience in M&A transactions would be considered a plus
