As Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic finance initiatives and transformational projects that enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and business agility. You will work with cross-functional project teams to deliver complex finance transformation programs that align with our strategic goals.

- Responsibility for supporting and driving global and/or regional Program Management Office (PMO) activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with goals.
We will count on you to:
- Manage multiple end-to-end delivery of finance projects, including transitions, integration, process and org redesign initiatives, system implementation, and change management.
- Manage complex, broad, and/or multi-year projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget
- Develop and maintain detailed, high-quality project plans including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies etc. for projects
- Proactively manage risks and issues to ensure accurate project reporting and strong governance, enabling informed decision-making and effective project control.
- Collaborate closely with Finance leadership and functions across the organisation like IT and HR to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with goals.
- Follow and maintain the PMO Methodology and Lifecycle Processes.
- Mentor and coach project managers and team members on best practices in finance project management and transformation methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and governance standards throughout project execution
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/financial accounting & auditing, with a preferred postgraduate qualification in Business Administration (MBA) or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations & other transitions, program management, change management with a strong focus on finance transformation
- An understanding of finance accounting operations, financial planning & analysis, accounting processes, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with global stakeholders/cultures & flexibility to work in shifts.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and coaching skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences and influence
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined, deadline-driven approach
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment
