This role partners with technology teams, project stakeholders, and leaders to deliver high-quality communications for technology launches, digital transformation initiatives, platform enhancements, service updates, and employee-facing IT programs. The individual is expected to independently manage assigned communication activities while contributing to broader strategic communication initiatives. Responsibilities •Support the development and execution of communication plans for technology initiatives, system •Upgrades, digital workplace programs, and organizational change efforts. •Manage communication deliverables from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and stakeholder expectations. •Coordinate communication activities across multiple concurrent initiatives. •Create and edit engaging, audience-focused content including: •Translate technical information into clear, concise, and employee-friendly messaging. •Support communication campaigns for enterprise technology rollouts, platform migrations, softwarelaunches, and adoption initiatives. •Assist in developing communication assets, messaging frameworks, content calendars, and engagement activities. •Ensure communications are aligned with organizational branding and communication standards. •Publish and maintain content on internal communication channels, intranet platforms, and collaboration tools. •Perform periodic reviews to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency. •Support governance activities related to technology communications. •Work closely with technology teams, project managers, service owners, and subject matter experts togather information and develop communication deliverables. •Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand communication needs and provide recommendations. •Participate in communication planning discussions and contribute ideas to enhance engagement. •Monitor communication performance metrics and engagement trends. •Gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to improve communication effectiveness. •Recommend enhancements to communication processes, channels, and content approaches. Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline. •Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, IT Communications, Change •Communications, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communications. •Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities. •Experience supporting communication campaigns and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously. •Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Teams, and presentation platforms. •Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Exposure to technology programs, digital workplace initiatives, or enterprise IT environments is preferred.
