Overview The Global Learning Solutions Team is a strategic partner across the global learning function for PepsiCo. We are responsible for providing learning solutions along with the design and development of it using rapid authoring and graphic design tools to enhance learner experience. Based out of India, the Global HR Operations Learning Assoc Representative will be working with subject matter experts in end-to-end graphic design and development and enhancement of learning products. The Learning Assoc Representative will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to evaluate graphic design requirements, support the design of new interactive and blended learning solutions while applying graphic design theories, practices and methods. Responsibilities Be part of a team servicing Learning & Development requirements. Participate in and contribute to project scoping and planning, setting the standards for the learner experience from a graphics point of view that will enable learning objectives to be satisfied Study design briefs and determine requirements; Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Develop icons, infographics, mailers, illustrations, logos, characters, videos and other designs using tools or digital graphic tablet Designing and developing graphics for learning curriculum, learning programs, learning materials, and collaterals based on industry design standards Work with subject matter experts to design course visuals to provide an enhanced learner experience Design and develop graphics for eLearning coursework which aligns with Sector or COE strategic learning goals/objectives Design and develop graphics to enhance digital learning methodologies Design and develop learning videos Qualifications Total experience preferred in Graphic Designing: 6-7years Professional experience, preferably in a shared services/customer service or a related field Experience in designing and developing graphics for classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, mailer, interactive PDF, standee, poster, icons, logos, videos, etc Demonstrated experience in graphic designing for Adult Learning and Curriculum Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) Knowledge of 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Experience of working in a HR environment or shared services role Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures Ability to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environment Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentality Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
