As an Associate AI-Media Manager at Monks you will work with our stellar team to support clients with their digital media endeavors. This is a consultative role advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions, and optimise their digital media performance to drive long-term value and manage their media campaigns. Technology is outpacing our clients’ abilities to adopt and implement these tools so they look to our team for our strategic knowledge of the digital space coupled with our platform know-how to bring results.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Support & Managing all aspects of display, video, search, and social advertising campaigns across mobile and web formats.
  • Analyzing data for reporting and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Act as a change agent for our clients, helping them adopt AI-first models and transition from legacy frameworks.
  • Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
  • Development of campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.
  • Supporting the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.
  • Help manage strategic initiatives to improve the business processes and operations as Media.Monks continues to grow at a rapid pace.

What you bring to it:


  • Successful candidates will have 1+ years experience with end-to-end management of digital media platforms - this includes setting up and managing digital campaigns, optimizing them to maximize outputs and leading reporting to share results back to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with ad buying tools such as Google Marketing Platforms (DV360, CM360, SA360), The Trade Desk, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Tiktok, Google Ads, Twitter, etc.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and collaborative work with AI agents.
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to see the "big picture" of the client's marketing ecosystem, not just the channel level.
  • Understanding of "Agentic" workflows—how to manage AI to enhance human creative/strategic work.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Flexible, versatile and driven to obtain new skills and scale knowledge to take on uncharted territory.
  • Being a team player that can collaborate with various kinds of stakeholders within the company and drive a positive and welcoming work atmosphere.
