Job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Associate Security Analyst to join our Identity Compliance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and SIAM platforms. You will bridge the gap between technical operations and security compliance, ensuring our identity data remains accurate, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate has a passion for automation, a knack for scripting, and is eager to support critical identity lifecycle and recertification campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Support & Operations:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the SIAM platform, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting for platform issues, and manage user access/service account requests.

  • Assist in onboarding new applications and business processes into the Identity Compliance framework.

Automation:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive IAM tasks, reducing manual overhead and human error.

  • Support the integration of identity data with security orchestration tools to enhance visibility and response times.

  • Propose and implement efficiency improvements for existing platform configurations and batch processing jobs.

Campaign Management & Compliance:

  • Coordinate and execute periodic access recertification campaigns, ensuring timely completion and high data accuracy.

  • Analyze recertification data to identify trends, outliers, and potential compliance gaps.

  • Support audit activities by extracting reports, documenting controls, and providing evidence for compliance assessments.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Security Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on IAM processes.

  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or general Cybersecurity roles.

  • Strong technical proficiency in Shell Scripting Bash/Powershell is essential. Experience with Python or other automation languages is a significant advantage.

  • Hands-on experience supporting SIAM platforms (Radiant Logic, or similar tools).

  • Understanding of IAM core concepts (User lifecycle, provisioning, role mining, SoD, Principle of Least Privilege).

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and audit requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks/campaigns simultaneously.

Success Metrics

  • Successful and on-time execution of access recertification campaigns.

  • Measurable reduction in manual effort through the implementation of automation scripts.

  • Platform stability and low turnaround time for incident resolution.

  • High-quality documentation and audit readiness.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
