The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our Finance team, Bangalore. In this role, you will work cross functionally to deliver insightful, actionable analytics and influential reporting packages to drive change and improved financial performance.

• Lead FP&A reporting and analysis for Orders, Sales, Gross Margin, OPEX, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports with insights on drivers, risks, opportunities, FX, and macro trends.
• Track key metrics such as Organic Sales Growth, EBITDA, backlog, takt time, Gross-to-Net Sales, AR, DSO, DIO, cash flow, and inventory.
• Perform variance analysis for R&D and SG&A, and develop dashboards and reports for sales, orders, and inventory performance.
• Partner with finance leaders and FP&A teams to standardize reporting, enhance analytics, and drive automation and process improvements.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or a professional qualification such as CMA or CA.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant FP&A work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
