What would you do? What are we looking for? "• Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.). • Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs. • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency. • Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions. • Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required. • Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits. • Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance. • Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects. • Excellent communication skills—able to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
