Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for lending and banking applications. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, business processes, and system enhancements. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Support UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities. Conduct business process analysis and recommend operational improvements. Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and banking standards. Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings. Skills Must have MBA from a recognised institute. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services domain. Strong experience in Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Lending Operations, Credit Risk, and Retail/Commercial Banking processes. Hands-on experience working with leading banks or similar global banking institutions. Expertise in gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Strong understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle, underwriting, credit assessment, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, testing teams, and senior management. Proficient in data analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
