Job description

We're seeking a detail-oriented candidate to lead our Quick Commerce 3P payment and dispute resolution processes. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with operational excellence to drive process improvements and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end 3P payment and dispute resolution processes, including troubleshooting protocols, SOPs and quality monitoring systems
Lead cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Operations, Tax and FinOps teams to effectively resolve payment disputes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance metrics
Conduct regular deep-dive analyses and root cause investigations to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Establish and optimize formal process control mechanisms to enhance payment accuracy and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives via automated solutions to eliminate non-value added steps, streamline workflows, and elevate quality standards
- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
- Experience in data analytics or automation
