Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales.
Conduct daily market visits to identify upcoming construction and interior projects.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
Expand market presence by identifying new territories and strategic partnerships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer interaction records.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, or equivalent qualification (Sales & Marketing preferred).
1–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
Experience in Construction, Interior, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, Building Materials, Staffing, or related industries is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
