Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1) Lead a team of more than 40 well qualified engineers in Design and Development of Thermal systems (HVAC and Engine Cooling). 2) Lead the advanced technology projects and simulation in the thermal systems area. Develop thermal system innovation strategy for short and long-term.
3) Define short and long-term plan to implement thermal systems advanced technologies based on resources available and by understanding the competitive market.
4) Should drive and implement the core best practices, and lessons learned for all current and future programs.
Other Requirements :
1) Understanding and execution of the simulation tools in automotive thermal systems is also a must.
2) Should have experience in the Root-Cause Analysis and finding Corrective Actions.
3) Testing and Validation experience in HVAC and Engine Cooling applications  both on road and climatic wind tunnel
4) Efficient in understanding customer issues and lead all efforts to reduce the same. 5) Experience in running/managing the thermal lab for HVAC and Engine Cooling systems and should understand test cycles [on-road and climatic wind tunnel testing].
