Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to lead and support the integration, validation & verification of Battery Management Systems (BMS) within the electric powertrain of passenger EVs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in EV systems, embedded diagnostics, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: • Understanding of Energy Storage Systems and Vehicle Electrification. • Familiar electrification architectures including EV, HEV, PHEV and SHEV systems • Hands-on experience of integration & testing of battery pack with BMS, thermal management, HV systems, EE Components and vehicle architecture • Test case writing and test data creation for Battery Pack System Integration test • Knowledge in DVP Testing and DFMEA. • Expert in analysis of Vehicle level/Pack level data. • Proficiency with CAN Communication and UDS Flashing & diagnostics • Hands on experience with VECTOR tools, CANanalyzer / Canoe and ETAS INCA. • Proficiency in handling the test Measurement equipment (Power supply, data logger, Oscilloscope, Cycler etc.) • Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills & identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. • Expert in CAPL Scripting is an added advantage.

3-6 years - BE/B Tech (Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communication / Automobile engineering)
• Collaborate with Tier-1 ECU suppliers to understand and support calibration software and embedded systems. • Apply strong knowledge of EV systems including DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, HV batteries, and e-motors. • Work with vehicle E&E aggregates such as Body Control Modules, ABS/ESP, SRS/Airbag systems, and infotainment/HMI units. • Analyse and validate in-vehicle networking systems using CAN and LIN protocols. • Utilize VECTOR tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, and VSignalyzer for communication analysis and diagnostics. • Develop and maintain CAPL and CASL scripts for automation and testing (preferred). • Support system-level debugging, fault tracing, and log analysis during vehicle testing and validation. • Attitude towards learning new technologies, Flexible in accepting role changes, Working with CFT, & Kaizen Approach
