The project: 


Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.


Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Provide engineering leadership to site teams, guiding performance, technical development, and coaching to drive results.
  • Manage dimensional control across contractor works, ensuring accuracy of surveys, installations, and follow-on activities.
  • Act as TWS or Deputy TWC in line with Mace procedures, reviewing design information and resolving queries with designers and trade contractors.
  • Oversee trade contractor compliance with inspection and test plans, maintaining verification records and carrying out defined inspections.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing processes and ways of working to deliver technical excellence.
  • Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.

You’ll need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the relevant field.
