This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.
About Stealth Company It is an early-stage healthcare company building new ways for clinics to deliver and manage patient care beyond the consultation room.
We work closely with leading doctors and clinics to make healthcare delivery more seamless and effective.
We are preparing to launch with our first clinics in Bangalore and are looking for people who enjoy solving hard operational problems and building things from scratch.
The Role Our clinics rely on us to ensure that patient services happen reliably and without friction.
This requires constant coordination between clinics, patients, suppliers and our field team.
You will be responsible for service delivery across our clinics in Bangalore.
That means making sure the nurse reaches on time, the sample gets collected, inventory is available when needed, and any clinic, doctor or patient escalations are resolved quickly.
A large part of the role involves building strong relationships with clinic teams and becoming the person they call when something needs to get done.
What You Will Do Be the primary operational point of contact for our clinics in Bangalore Coordinate with clinics, patients, suppliers and field teams to ensure services are completed as expected Ensure nurses, sample collections and other field activities happen as planned Manage doctor, clinic and patient escalations and drive them to resolution Coordinate supply and inventory across clinics Handle payments and reconciliations Track operational metrics and ensure timely follow-up on open items Build processes, dashboards and playbooks that help us scale This is a broad role with significant responsibility.
You will work directly with the founders and help establish how operations run as we grow.
