Strong knowledge of Indian building codes and municipal approval processes.
Ability to interpret civil/structural drawings and integrate architectural requirements.
Effective communication and client-facing skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and construction projects in India.
Registered Architect with Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
Training in Green Building / IGBC / GRIHA certification preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
