In this role, you will collaborate closely with project, engineering, quantity surveying, finance, and site teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and services while maintaining quality standards, budget compliance, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies for civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted works.
Plan and manage procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted project execution and timely material availability.
Lead the complete tendering process, including vendor prequalification, RFQs, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, and vendor finalization.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best combination of cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Implement cost optimization initiatives while maintaining project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor procurement budgets, material pricing trends, and recommend cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Build, evaluate, and maintain a reliable supplier and vendor network for construction materials and services.
Conduct vendor performance reviews and maintain an approved vendor database.
Coordinate with Project, Site, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, and Finance teams to align procurement schedules with project milestones.
Track purchase orders, monitor deliveries, resolve supply chain issues, and ensure complete procurement documentation in compliance with company policies.

Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.
E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Proven experience handling procurement for high-rise residential, luxury apartment, villa, commercial, or large-scale real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, procurement planning, tendering, and strategic sourcing.
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
Experience in cost control, budgeting, and procurement process optimization.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
